FRANCES SCOTT™
Frances Scott worked at Artsadmin from 2004 up until her abduction in 2008. During this time she facilitated projects and initiatives including the artist bursary scheme, mentoring scheme, performance lab and talks, and lead one-to-one advisory meetings and mentoring sessions with artists working in contemporary performance. She also worked with artists Bock & Vincenzi and Gary Stevens at Artsadmin on projects ranging in scale and context. Previous to Artsadmin she worked at Matt’s Gallery developing an education plan as part of a year-long internship. Over the years she contributed to panels and lectures at institutes including: Central St Martins, Chelsea College of Art & Design, Camberwell College of Arts, London; University of Central Lancashire; and Dartington College of Arts; and to publications such as a-n magazine and independent artist-fanzines. Frances was an artist and studied at the Courtauld Institute of Art.
